1. Choosing an item - Placing an item in your Shopping Basket
If you wish to purchase an item please click on the 'basket image'
Your chosen item will be added to your Shopping Basket.
2. Shopping Basket
After placing your first item into your Shopping Basket the amount chosen item(s) are displayed on the left of your screen together with your total net amount (net amount does not include postage).
3. Changing the content of your Shopping Basket
If you wish to view your Shopping Basket then click on the 'Show' button.

4. Checkout - Customer Details
If you are one of our customers, all you have to do is give us your Email Address and password and we find out your address through our customer files. You can still change your address later.
If you have not yet ordered an item from us please fill our your details in the Customer Order Form.
In both cases confirm your details by first ticking the box marked 'I accept the Ordering Terms' and then by clicking on the 'Go to the receipt page'. The Ordering Terms can be viewed beforehand by clicking 'Terms and Conditions'.
If you wish to view your Shopping Basket at this stage, click either on the 'basket image' or on the 'Back' button of your Web Browser.
5. Order - Receipt-Page
Here you can view all details of your Order Basket and customer details like your address etc and are able to make changes to any information.
If you are happy with all you see click on your
to finally send us your oder.
6. Mail information
A page will open to your screen with details of your order and you will also receive an email with your order details. Your order becomes obligatory after we send you a written confirmation of your order which will also include your order details.
